HI-FIX CATIONIC BITUMEN EMULSION |

"HI-FIX" is the brand name of
Cationic Bitumen Emulsions
manufactured and marketed by
JALNIDHI BITUMEN SPECIALITIES
PVT. LTD. There are three types
of Bitumen Emulsions used for
road construction classified as
"RAPID SETTING", "MEDIUM
SETTING", and "SLOW SETTING"
with different characteristics
of breaking and setting times.
Medium Setting Emulsions :
Bitumen Emulsion for roads
(cationic type) conforming to
IS: 8887:2004 grade Medium
Setting (MS).
Medium setting :- A
Medium setting Emulsion used for
plant or road mixes with coarse
aggregates minimum 80 percent,
all of witch is retained on
2036mm IS sieve and practically
none of witch passes 180 micron
IS sieve, and also for surface
dressing and penetration macadam
or otherwise directed by the
engineer. |
